EBITDAR to Interest and Rental Expense. The ratio of EBITDAR for the four fiscal quarter period ending on the applicable measurement date to the sum of (i) Cash Interest Expense for the four fiscal quarter period ending on such measurement date plus (ii) Rental Expense for the four fiscal quarter period ending on such measurement date shall not be less than 1.90 to 1.0 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter.
