ECA Guarantee. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, the ECA Guarantee (as defined in Schedule “P”), any replacement guarantee or instrument delivered pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.3 of Schedule “P”, and all proceeds derived therefrom shall be for the sole benefit of the Finnvera Facility Lenders.
