Eco-toxicology. a. The formulated product may not be in GHS Category 1 for acute toxicity (i.e., “very toxic to aquatic life”) or GHS Category 1 or 2 for chronic toxicity (i.e., “very toxic to aquatic life” or “toxic to aquatic life”), or equivalent classifications for terrestrial life when those guidelines are developed under the GHS. No substantiated correlation between active ingredient and species population decline.
