Common use of Economic Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Economic Disclosure. Upon request by the City, a director or voting member of a nonprofit corporation contracting with the City shall disclose information to the City about his or her financial interests and business affiliations which may be affected by decisions of the corporation related to the corporation’s contract with the City.
