Common use of Economic Findings Clause in Contracts

Economic Findings. Based on representations and information furnished to the Issuer by or on behalf of the Company and the Local XXX, the Issuer has found that the Company is engaged in industrial, commercial and/or specialized activities in the Commonwealth requiring substantial capital and creating or maintaining substantial employment opportunities, that the Company’s operations contribute to economic growth and the creation or maintenance of employment opportunities in the Commonwealth, that the Company is financially responsible to assume its obligations prescribed by this Loan Agreement and the Act and that the Project will constitute facilities for the furnishing of water within the meaning of Section 142(a)(4) of the Code.
