Common use of Economic Interest Clause in Contracts

Economic Interest. Economic Interest" means a Member's Economic Interest Owner's share of the Company's Profits, Losses, Net Cash Flow, and other distributions of the Company's assets pursuant to this Agreement and the Act, but shall not include any right to participate in the management of affairs of the Company, including, without limitation, the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision of the Members, all as provided in Section 6.2.

Economic Interest. Economic Interest" means a MemberPerson's Economic Interest Owner's right to share of in the Company's Net Profits, Losses, Net Cash FlowLoss or similar items of, and other to receive distributions of from, the Company's assets pursuant to this Agreement and the ActLLC, but shall does not include any right to participate in the management other rights of affairs of the Company, a Member including, without limitation, the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise to participate in any decision the management of the MembersLLC, all or, except as provided in Section 6.29.4, any right to information concerning the business and affairs of the LLC.
