Common use of EDP SERVICES Clause in Contracts

EDP SERVICES. If we, through Direct Services, make EDP Services available and you use the EDP Services: a. you consent to the Third Party Service Provider preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and/or operation of the EDP Services, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the EDP Services or you, and reports that pertain to your involvement in and use of the EDP Services. You further consent to the Third Party Service Provider disclosing to us or any Third Party Service Providers your specific data that consists of the total number of Billers for which you have registered, without identifying those Billers apart from us and our affiliates, and without identifying detailed data of your viewing activities; b. you acknowledge that the Third Party Service Provider will not respond directly to you with respect to any inquiries, requests, questions, complaints, or other issues relating to the EDP Services in any way, other than to direct you to us or the Xxxxxx; and c. you acknowledge that the consents contained in a) above are requirements of the EDP Services and that if such consents are withdrawn, your participation in the EDP Services may be suspended or terminated and any or all documents may not be presented via the EDP Services.
