Common use of Education and Training Trust Fund Contributions Clause in Contracts

Education and Training Trust Fund Contributions. The Employer shall contribute seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars on January 1, 2019, and a further seven hundred fifty ($750.00) dollars on January 1, 2020, and a further seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars on January 1, 2021, and a further seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars on January 1, 2022 into the Union’s Education and Training Trust Fund. This Letter of Understanding shall not form part of the Collective Agreement which expires on September 30, 2022.
