Education Component. (a) Reconstruction and repair in the Affected Area of government primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, technical institutions and teacher training colleges damaged by the earthquake and replacement of instructional materials and furniture. (b) Establishment of counseling centers in the Affected Area and implementation of a counseling program for psychologically affected students and teachers, including provision of training to counselors.
