The Education Management Information System clause establishes the requirements and framework for collecting, managing, and reporting educational data within an organization or institution. Typically, this clause outlines the types of information to be gathered—such as student enrollment, attendance, academic performance, and resource allocation—and specifies the processes and technologies to be used for data management. Education Management Information System. The Education Management Information System (EMIS) coordinator shall ensure all school, student, and staff data provided by the principal (or her designee) are input in a timely and accurate manner. The principal shall ensure all student and staff data are made available to the EMIS coordinator in a timely and accurate manner. It is anticipated that DECA PREP will contract with MDECA as the A-site for EMIS transmission to ODE.

(a) provisions and updating of equipment for MINEDUC at the central level, and carrying out of software development and data management to support MINEDUC decentralization;

The principal shall ensure all Federal Low-Income Count System (FLICS), Ohio Educational Directory System (OEDS), and Education Monetary Assistance Distribution Site (▇▇▇▇) information is submitted in a timely and accurate manner. The superintendent is responsible for identification (when required), board approval for submission, application, updates, board acceptance, and compliance for all local, state, federal, and private grants. The treasurer will provide budget and final expenditure reporting support when requested by the superintendent or principal.

Within six (6) months of the Effective Date, the Recipient through MOE shall have commenced the establishment of the TVET education management information system that shall provide a wide range of information on the TVET sector and shall link financial and non-financial data on the TVET sector.
