Educational and Developmental Clause Samples
The 'Educational and Developmental' clause establishes the purpose and permitted use of certain materials, information, or activities as being strictly for educational or developmental objectives. In practice, this clause may limit the use of resources to training, research, or skill-building, and prohibit their use for commercial gain or unrelated purposes. Its core function is to ensure that the materials or activities are used in a manner consistent with their intended educational or developmental goals, thereby preventing misuse and maintaining the integrity of the program or agreement.
Educational and Developmental. An Educational leave of absence for the purpose of pursuing job-related training may be granted. The Employee shall continue to participate in the Employer benefit plans, with the exception of Long Term Disability, and the Employer and the Employee shall continue to pay their normal share of the benefit premiums.
