Educational Expenses. Where an employee is undertaking, at the requirement of the employer, studies towards qualifications relevant to their work, the employer will reimburse all actual and reasonable expenses incurred including course fees, travel and accommodation.
Educational Expenses. Employee shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for educational expenses consistent with the company's policy on educational reimbursement.

MRMC agrees to reimburse Resident for expenses Resident actually incurs in attending a continuing medical education seminar, taking certification exams, or procuring education materials (the "Educational Expenses") in the following amounts: (a) up to Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($750.00) during PGYI; (b) up to One Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) during PGYII; and (c) up to One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($1,250.00) during PGYIII. Educational Expenses include, but are not limited to, expenses associated with Resident's travel, lodging, and procurement of educational materials; provided, however, pre-approval by the Program Director of the Educational Expenses is a pre-condition of the payment or reimbursement by MRMC. If Resident does not use the amount set forth above during any Program Year for which such was allocated, any unused amount may be carried forward into the following Program Year. Any such amount that remains unused following Resident's completion of the Program, or as a result of the termination or expiration of this Agreement, shall be retained by MRMC.

Reimbursement for Educational Expenses is subject to the then current XxXxxx Health CME and Professional Expense Allowance Policy (“CME Policy”), the current version of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment B-1 and may be amended from time to time; provided, however, in the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the CME Policy and the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail with respect to the subject matter thereof.
Educational Expenses. Actual expenses, as itemized and claimed will be paid for necessary educational and Professional conferences, meetings, appearances, and trips outside the school Corporation as authorized or required by the School Board.
Educational Expenses. According to the Grade Based Reimbursement Schedule found below Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for certain educational expenses incurred for Job-Related Schooling for which Employee has not otherwise been compensated. "Job-Related Schooling" is defined as those classes and/or courses that are taken to further Employee's ability to fulfill his/her duties as described in Paragraph 2.A. of this Agreement, or as specifically approved in writing by both the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Educational Expenses. The Board will set aside funds for each year of the contract to be used to reimburse teachers for college graduate courses that directly relate to the teacher’s profession and teaching assignment. District administrators are not eligible for this reimbursement. Guidelines and procedures to be followed in obtaining reimbursement will be established by the LPDC. Individual reimbursements shall not exceed more than $2,500 per contract year.
Educational Expenses. 1. The following education reimbursement policy will apply to members of the bargaining unit after one (1) year of service. The Town agrees to pay for one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of courses upfront if all of the following are met:
a. Courses must be approved in advance by the Chief.
b. Courses are related to the employee's job or are part of an approved career development program.
c. Not more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) will be paid for any employee in any calendar year for course reimbursement. On April 1st. of each year, any additional educational expenses receipts may be submitted for re-imbursement. Additional funds shall be equally distributed to those who submit additional receipts.
d. Budgeted funds will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The Department will make available eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) each year.
e. Successful completion of course work with a "B" or the numerical equivalent grade or better, or a pass with pass/fail courses, and satisfactory proof of attainment.
f. If the union members do not successfully complete the class, then the dollar amount paid by the town of Hooksett for the class shall be withheld from the following incentive and/or holiday pay.
2. If a course is paid for in whole or in part through Federal or State Programs, then the Town will not reimburse for such a course, it being the intent of this Section to eliminate double payment for any course.
3. Education expenses shall include: travel, lodging and meals (outside of New Hampshire), tuition, registration, books, supplies, and course material.
4. The restriction and requirements set forth above shall not apply to courses, which the Department requires an employee to take during duty time.
