This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to matters provided for herein. The language used in this Agreement shall be deemed to be the language chosen by the parties hereto to express their mutual agreement, and this Agreement shall not be deemed to have been prepared by any single party hereto.
