Effect and Timing of Redemption of Special Partnership Units. From and after the date of a Termination Event or a Listing, no distributions, other than the redemption payments provided for in this Section 8.07, shall be payable with respect to the Special OP Units. Redemptions under this Section 8.07 shall occur no later than 30 days after the Termination Event and no later than 240 days after the Listing.
