Common use of Effect of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Adjustment. The Conversion Price as adjusted pursuant to this CB Condition 9.7 shall apply, with effect from (and including) the Effective Date, to the CB for which the Conversion Date has not occurred prior to the Effective Date. Any such adjustment shall be subject to any subsequent adjustment pursuant to these CB Conditions.

Effect of Adjustment. The Conversion Price as adjusted pursuant to this CB Condition 9.7 9.4 shall apply, with effect from (and including) the Effective Date, to the CB for which the Conversion Date has not occurred prior to the Effective Date.
