Effect of Agreement on Material Contracts. There is no Material Contract which shall or may be breached, rescinded, terminated or accelerated (whether after the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both) as a result of the execution and/or performance of this Agreement (or Completion) or of any other Transaction Document.
