Common use of Effect of Amendment or Waiver Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendment or Waiver. The Investors and their successors and assigns acknowledge that by the operation of Section 4.10 hereof Investors holding less than all of the Registrable Securities, acting in conjunction with the Company, will have the right and power to diminish or eliminate any or all rights of the Investors pursuant to this Agreement.
