Common use of Effect of Amendment or Waiver Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendment or Waiver. The Holder acknowledges and agrees that by the operation of Section 7.9 hereof, the Requisite Noteholders will have the right and power to diminish or eliminate all rights of the Holder under this Note.
