Effect of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. Upon the execution of any amendment or supplemental indenture under this Section 13.1, this Agreement shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such amendment or supplemental indenture shall form a part of this Agreement for all purposes; and every Holder of a Note theretofore and thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder shall be bound thereby.
