Common use of Effect of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. Upon the execution of any amendment of this Indenture, any Asset Pool Supplement or any Indenture Supplement, or any supplemental indentures under this Article IX, this Indenture and the related Asset Pool Supplement or Indenture Supplement will be modified in accordance therewith with respect to each Series, Class or Tranche of Notes affected thereby, or all Notes, as the case may be, and such amendment or supplemental indenture will form a part of this Indenture and the related Asset Pool Supplement or Indenture Supplement for all purposes; and every Holder of Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder will be bound thereby to the extent provided therein.
