Effect of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. Upon the execution of any amendment to this Amended and Restated Indenture, the Notes or any supplemental indenture under this Article, this Amended and Restated Indenture, the Notes or any supplemental indenture shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such amendment or supplemental indenture shall form a part of this Amended and Restated Indenture, the Notes or any supplemental indenture for all purposes, and every Noteholder of Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder shall be bound thereby.
