Effect of Amendments, Supplements or Waivers. Upon the execution of any amendment, supplement or waiver pursuant to the provisions of this Article 10, the applicable Indenture Document shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith and the respective rights, limitation of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under the Indenture Documents of the Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Company, the Guarantors and the Holders shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments and all the terms and conditions of any such amendment, supplement or waiver shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of the applicable Indenture Document for any and all purposes.
