Common use of Effect of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment set forth in Section 2 hereto and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto 1 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

From and after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, (i) the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement and (ii) the Security Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendments set forth in Section 2 hereof and all references to the Security Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Security Agreement.

From and after the Fourteenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Eleventh Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Ninth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Second Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Third Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto 1 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Seventh Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto 1 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Fifteenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto this Agreement and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Third Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Sixteenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

From and after the Tenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Thirteenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendment amendments set forth in Section 2 hereto hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.
