Common use of Effect of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Sixteenth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendments set forth in Section 2 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Sixteenth Third Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendments set forth in Section 2 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments. From and after the Sixteenth Ninth Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be construed after giving effect to the amendments set forth in Section 2 hereof and all references to the Credit Agreement in the Financing Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Effect of Amendments.
