EFFECT OF BANKRUPTCY BY COMPANY. The Guarantor's obligation to pay under this Guarantee shall not be affected in any way by the institution with respect to the Company of a bankruptcy, reorganization, moratorium or similar insolvency proceeding or other relief under any bankruptcy or insolvency law affecting creditor's rights or a petition for the Company's winding-up or liquidation.
