Effect of Conditions. The obligation of the Purchasers to purchase and pay for the Purchased Shares at the Closing shall be subject at their election to the satisfaction of each of the conditions stated in the following Sections of this Article V (except, in the case of BellSouth, for the condition set forth in Section 5.5).
Effect of Conditions. The Company's obligation to sell the Purchased Shares shall be subject at its election to the satisfaction of each of the conditions stated in the following Sections of this Article VII.

Effect of Conditions. The obligation of DFF-I to purchase and pay for the Purchased Shares at the Closing shall be subject at their election to the satisfaction of each of the conditions stated in the following Sections of this Article V.
Effect of Conditions. This Lease is granted and accepted upon the foregoing terms and conditions of this Section 2 and upon the following covenants and conditions of this Lease. Subject to the restrictions herein, to all and every one of which the parties consent; each of the parties hereby expressly covenants and agrees to keep, perform and observe all the terms, covenants and conditions herein contained on its part to be kept, performed and observed.
Effect of Conditions. The obligation of the Company to sell the Preferred Shares and Common Shares at the Closing and the obligation of the Shareholders to tender the Redemption Shares for redemption at the Closing shall be subject at their election to the satisfaction of each of the conditions stated in the following Sections of this Article.
