Effect of Conditions. The obligation of the Purchasers to purchase and pay for the Purchased Shares and the Warrant at the Closing, if any, shall be subject at their election to the satisfaction of each of the conditions stated in the following Sections of this Article VI.

Effect of Conditions. This Lease is granted and accepted upon the foregoing terms and conditions of this Section 2 and upon the following covenants and conditions of this Lease. Subject to the restrictions herein, to all and every one of which the parties consent; each of the parties hereby expressly covenants and agrees to keep, perform and observe all the terms, covenants and conditions herein contained on its part to be kept, performed and observed.
