EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV.

Upon the Respondents successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents for recording. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.

Upon Respondents’ successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement and payment of any noncompliance penalties resulting from the failure to comply, RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Consent Agreement to the Respondents for recording in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of West Greenwich.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Guarantor’s compliance with any of the provisions of this Guaranty will not reduce or affect in any manner the liability of Guarantor under any of the other provisions of this Guaranty.

Upon the Respondents’ successful completion of all requirements set forth in this Agreement, RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the November 2011 NOV and December 2011 NOV to the Respondents for recording. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Comphance with and flilfilhnent of diis Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV dated July 8, 1999, and die Amended NOV dated March 21, 200\. Upon Respondents' successful completion of die requirements set forth in this Agreement, RIDEM shall, upon written request by Respondent, issue a Release and Discharge of diis Agreement to Respondent for recordmg in the Cranston Land Evidence Records, at which time any and all remaining penalties assessed in the NOV shall be deemed waived.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall fullyresolveall issues raised in the ICO, dated February 2. 1998 and the NOV, dated April 8, 1998. Upon Respondents' successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, RIDEM shall, upon writtenrequescby one or more of the Respondents, Release this Agreemeiufromthe Cranston Land Evidence Records.
