Effect of Deemed Liquidation Event. Any share of Series B Preferred Stock in respect of which the holder thereof has received payment in full of the amounts specified in this Section 2 upon the occurrence of a Deemed Liquidation Event shall no longer be deemed to be outstanding, and all rights with respect to such share, including the rights, if any, to receive notices and to vote as Series B Preferred Stock, shall immediately cease and terminate at the time the payment in connection with such Deemed Liquidation Event shall have been made.
