Landlord has delivered a copy of this Lease Agreement to Tenant for Tenant’s review only, and the delivery hereof does not constitute an offer to Tenant or an option to lease. This Lease Agreement shall not be effective until a copy executed by both Landlord and Tenant is delivered to and accepted by Landlord.
