Effect of Disclosure Schedule. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any Section of the Disclosure Schedule, any information disclosed in one Section of the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be disclosed in all Sections of the Disclosure Schedule, to the extent that such deemed disclosure is apparent from the information actually disclosed.
