Common use of Effect of Discontinuance or Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Discontinuance or Abandonment. If any proceeding taken by the Trustee on account of any Event of Default has been discontinued or abandoned for any reason, or has been determined adversely to the Trustee, then the Authority, the Trustee and the Owners will be restored to their former positions and rights under this Indenture and all rights, remedies and powers of the Trustee will continue as though no such proceeding had been taken.
