Common use of Effect of Eighth Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Eighth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Eighth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 901 of the Original Indenture, and the Original Indenture shall be read together with this Eighth Supplemental Indenture in the same manner as if the provisions of the Original Indenture and this Eighth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Eighth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Eighth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 901 2.2 of the Original Base Indenture, and the Original Base Indenture shall be read together with this Eighth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Original Base Indenture and this Eighth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Eighth Supplemental Indenture. (a1) This Eighth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 901 1301 of the Original Indenture, and the Original Indenture shall be read together with this Eighth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Original Indenture and this Eighth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Eighth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Eighth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 901 2.02 of the Original Base Indenture, and the Original Base Indenture shall (notwithstanding Section 12.12 thereof or Section 5.04 hereof) be read together with this Eighth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes of this Series, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Original Base Indenture and this Eighth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.
