Effect of Equity Plans. In addition to any rights or payments to which Employee or his beneficiaries is entitled under this Section 11, Employee or his beneficiaries is entitled to such additional rights as may be provided for under the Company’s equity plans or arrangements, including, but not limited to the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan or its successor or replacement, if any.

Effect of Equity Plans.
