Effect of Expiration or Earlier Termination. For the avoidance of doubt, the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement shall not relieve Licensee of its obligation to account for and make payment to WU of any amount due hereunder that accrued during the Term, including, without limitation, any royalties and amounts under Sections 9.2 and 13.2 above.
