Common use of Effect of Expiration or Termination of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect of Expiration or Termination of Agreement. Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to Customer hereunder will immediately terminate and CCH will have the right to immediately and indefinitely terminate Customer’s access to and use of the Application. The following sections will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: subsections 2.4, 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 4.3, 4.4, 5.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, and Sections 1, 7, 9, 10 and 11.

Effect of Expiration or Termination of Agreement. Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to Customer hereunder will immediately terminate and CCH will have the right to immediately and indefinitely terminate Customer’s access to and use of the Application. The following sections sections, including Customer’s obligation to pay Fees, will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: subsections 2.4, 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 4.3, 4.4, 5.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, and Sections 1, 7, 9, 10 and 11.

The survival provision in subsection 4.3 will not apply to termination of this Agreement under this subsection 4.5.
