Common use of Effect of Expiration Clause in Contracts

Effect of Expiration. Upon the expiration of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately discontinue and cease all use of the Licensed Trademarks. After the expiration of the Term, Licensee and the SpinCo Group shall no longer have the right to use the Licensed Trademarks.
