Effect of Failure or Delay in Requesting Compensation. Failure or delay on the part of any Lender to demand compensation pursuant to this Section 5.01 shall not constitute a waiver of such Lender’s right to demand such compensation, provided that no Lender may make any such demand more than 180 days after the Maturity Date, nor for any amount which has accrued more than 270 days prior to such Lender delivering the certificate required in Section 5.01(c).
