Effect of Failure to Provide Estoppel Certificate. Tenant’s failure to furnish any estoppel certificate as required pursuant to Section 19.1 within fifteen (15) days after request therefor shall be deemed a default hereunder and moreover, it shall be conclusively presumed that: (a) this Lease is in full force and effect without modification in accordance with the terms set forth in the request; (b) that there are no unusual breaches or defaults on the part of Landlord; and (c) no more than one (1) month’s rent has been paid in advance.
