Common use of Effect of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effect of First Amendment. Except as modified herein, the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of this First Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Lease, the terms and provisions of this First Amendment shall prevail.

Effect of First Amendment. NOTICE OF INDEMNIFICATION: THE PARTIES TO THIS FIRST AMENDMENT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT CONTAINS CERTAIN INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS.

Except as modified hereinby this First Amendment, the terms Existing Lease and all the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions of the Lease and conditions thereof shall remain unmodified and continue in full force and effecteffect and are hereby ratified and affirmed. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of contained in this First Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Existing Lease, the terms herein contained shall supersede and provisions control the obligations and liabilities of the parties. From and after the date hereof, the term “Lease” as used in the Lease shall mean the Existing Lease, as modified by this First Amendment shall prevailAmendment.
