Effect of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice. (a) If a Holder validly delivers to the Paying Agent a Fundamental Change Purchase Notice (together with all necessary endorsements) with respect to a Note, such Holder may no longer convert such Note unless and until such Holder validly withdraws such Fundamental Change Purchase Notice in accordance with Section 3.03(c) above.

(a) If a Holder validly delivers to the Paying Agent a Fundamental Change Purchase Notice (together with all necessary endorsements) with respect to a Note, such Holder may no longer convert exchange such Note unless and until such Holder validly withdraws such Fundamental Change Purchase Notice in accordance with Section 3.03(c) above.

(a) If a Holder validly delivers to the Paying Agent a Fundamental Change Purchase Notice (together with all necessary endorsements) with respect to a Series 2023A Note, such Holder may no longer convert such Series 2023A Note unless and until such Holder validly withdraws such Fundamental Change Purchase Notice in accordance with Section 3.03(c) above.
