Common use of Effect of Good Reason Termination Clause in Contracts

Effect of Good Reason Termination. If Executive terminates this Agreement for Good Reason (as defined in Section 14 15 7(b)), Executive shall be entitled to receive all of the payments and benefits provided by Section 6 and otherwise in this Agreement to the same extent as if this Agreement had been terminated by Company without Cause.

Effect of Good Reason Termination. If Executive terminates this Agreement for Good Reason (Reason, as defined in Section 14 15 Subsection 7(b)), Executive shall be entitled to receive all of the payments and benefits provided by Section 6 6B and otherwise in this Agreement to the same extent as if this Agreement had been terminated by Company without Cause.

If Executive terminates this Agreement for Good Reason (Reason, as defined in Section 14 15 Subsection 7(b)), Executive shall be entitled to receive all of the payments and benefits provided by Section 6 6B, including those with respect to incentive compensation, and otherwise in this Agreement to the same extent as if this Agreement had been terminated by Company without Cause.
