Effect of Grantor’s Contribution. Specifically subject and subordinate to Article III above and to the Trustee’s sole and absolute discretion in making distributions, the effect of a Grantor’s contribution to the Trust as it applies to any one particular Beneficiary is such that distributions made on behalf of a Beneficiary shall not exceed the total of all contributions made to such Beneficiary’s Trust sub-account, plus any undistributed income, minus all distributions made on behalf of such Beneficiary.
