Effect of inscription. (a) Each inscription in the Register is sufficient and conclusive evidence to all persons and for all purposes that the person whose name is so inscribed is the registered holder of the Note, except in the case of manifest error, fraud or a breach by the Issuer of its obligations under the Terms.
