Effect of Invalid or Unenforceable Provision. This Agreement, to the extent possible, shall be construed so as to give validity to all the provisions hereof. Any provision of this Agreement found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, and each provision of this Agreement shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

However, if removal of a provision would frustrate the contractual intent of the parties, such removal shall be cause for termination.
