Effect of Invalidity of Provisions. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Supplemental Indenture or in the Note Guarantee shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Supplemental Indenture or of such Note Guarantee, but this Supplemental Indenture and such Note Guarantee shall be construed as if such invalid or illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein or therein.
