EFFECT OF LISTING OF NAMES. The listing of any name other than Tenant on the door of the Premises, on the Building directory or otherwise shall not operate to vest any right or interest in this Lease or in the Premises in any other person or entity, nor shall such listing be deemed to be the consent of Landlord to any assignment or transfer of this Lease or to any sublease of the Premises or any portion thereof or to the use or occupancy of the Premises or any portion thereof by others.
