Effect of Mortgage Loan on Borrower’s Financial Condition. Borrower is not presently Insolvent and the Mortgage Loan will not render Borrower Insolvent. Borrower has sufficient working capital, including proceeds from the Mortgage Loan, cash flow from the Mortgaged Property, or other sources, not only to adequately maintain the Mortgaged Property, but also to pay all of Borrower’s outstanding debts as they come due, including all Debt Service Amounts.
