Effect of Notice Upon Redemption. Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.04 hereof, Notes of a series called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the Redemption Date at the redemption price stated in the notice except that any redemption and notice thereof may, in the Company’s discretion, be subject to the satisfaction of one or more conditions precedent.
