Effect of Order of the Company. Any notice, statement, instruction, request, direction, order, or demand of the Company shall be sufficiently evidenced by an instrument signed by any of the Chairman of the Board, President, Secretary, or Assistant Secretary (unless other evidence in respect thereof is herein specifically prescribed). The Warrant Agent shall not be liable for any action taken, suffered, or omitted by it in accordance with such notice, statement, instruction, request, direction, order, or demand.
