Effect of Other Indemnities; Subrogation; Further Assurances. Upon the payment in full by Owner of any indemnity provided for under this Agreement, Owner, without any further action and to the full extent permitted by Law, will be subrogated to all rights and remedies of the person indemnified (other than with respect to any of such Indemnitee's insurance policies or in connection with any indemnity claim such Indemnitee may have under Section 6.03 or 8.01 of the Trust Indenture) in respect of the matter as to which such indemnity was paid. Each Indemnitee will give such further assurances or agreements and cooperate with Owner to permit Owner to pursue such claims, if any, to the extent reasonably requested by Owner and at Owner's expense.
