Common use of Effect of Other Indemnities; Subrogation; Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Effect of Other Indemnities; Subrogation; Further Assurances. Upon the payment in full by Borrower of any indemnity provided for under this Agreement, Borrower, without any further action and to the full extent permitted by Law, will be subrogated to all rights and remedies of the person indemnified (other than with respect to any of such Indemnitee's insurance policies) in respect of the matter as to which such indemnity was paid. Each Indemnitee will give such further assurances or agreements and cooperate with Borrower to permit Borrower to pursue such claims, if any, to the extent reasonably requested by Borrower and at Borrower's expense.
